WHITE PAPER for PHASES 5/6 of the Grant Road Project

The coalition of neighborhoods which border the Grant Road Project of the "Central Segments" have created this document in a team effort to alert the city, DTM, RTA and the public of the combined recommendations of these five neighborhoods and their residents.  It represents over 2 years of discussions and input.
