NEIGHBORHOOD CONTACTS INVOLVED IN THE COALITION

The Grant Road construction phases for the central segments are divided into two phases:  Phase 2 (2014) and Phase 5 (2021).      Acquisition of homes and plans are made long before actual demolition and construction begins.  Hence, neighborhoods must become involved early to educate themselves and have ample time to review and comment on the plans.
COALITION CONTACTS  The coalition established in 2014 is comprised of the five most affected neighborhoods along the so named "Central Segments" of the Grant Road Project Phase 2.  The schedule of the project ends at Santa Rita in 2019, goes east to the Phases 3 and 4 and returns to Santa Rita in 2023(?).  The result is that some neighborhoods will experience the construction a second time for Phases 5/6.  The neighborhoods that comprise the Grant Road Coalition have assigned a co-chair to represent their interests in coalition matters.
