CITY CONTACTS
(view from Hampton, across Grant,  to Catalina Mountains, 1949)

USE OF THE REMNANTS - above the curb - the land left after the roadway takes what it needs.
City Council had the ultimate decision  for  the disposition of the remnant parcels left after the demolition and not used by the roadway.

Nov 2020 sees the near completion of the Linear Park created from those remnants.

407 allocated the monies to make the park a reality.

OFFICE OF INTEGRATED PLANNING

Will be over-seeing the land use along Grant Road, i.e.overlays and incentives mainly for business.  The central segments, per mayor and council meeting in August 2015 will remain R-1 and NR-1 where it already exists in the central segments between First Avenue and Tucson Blvd, thus OIP will not be involved with these sections.
OIP can be accessed for referral to appropriate city departments.  No longer integrates planning of departments.
